Initial Proposal & Agreement
If we identify a meaningful opportunity to work together, IEN will outline a tailored proposal for the diagnostic phase, including its purpose, scope, timeline, professional fees, and expected outcomes. Once agreed, the diagnostic phase can begin, with no obligation to commit to further stages.

Working closely with your leadership, teachers, and students, IEN examines local evidence to map out your educational reality. Together, we identify the organizational and pedagogical conditions that matter most for sustainable change.
